Assistant Professor of Physics at Department of Physics , Eberly College of Science, Pennsylvania State University, USA

Research interests

Most of his research interests are in some way Quantum gravity : which is the construction and possible tests of a theory combining general relativity and quantum theory.

The approach mainly followed is loop quantum gravity, which promises to be applicable even to regimes where the gravitational field is strong. It has already given several indications of its potential to solve long-standing conceptual issues of general relativity such as the singularity problem, and to provide new physical effects which may possibly be seen in cosmological observations.
